A resident of Fulham, West London since 1992, he is a past student of Fulham Primary School, Henry Compton Secondary School, William Morris Academy and Kingston University from which he graduated with Bsc Honours in Media Technology.

Eddie was always involved in music groups and workshops whilst at school. His first formal performance came when he hosted a talent show at Kingston University in. October 2002. Shortly after that experience, he joined Black Grape Productions. In 2006 Eddie Kadi won the BECA Award for Best Comedy Newcomer. He went on to stage a series of sold-out solo concerts – two of those during 2009 at the indigO2.He continues to undertake numerous engagements and guest appearances across the UK, Europe and Africa. Eddie has also released a 4 disc DVD collection, and successfully completed numerous radio, television and film projects. His videos continue to attract high traffic on YouTube and other social networking sites.
Eddie’s work schedule continues to include regular slots as a presenter on BBC 1Xtra and co-presenter duties on the OHTV series “It’s All Good”. Eddie also made a cameo appearance in Series 3 of the Channel 4 series “Dubplate Drama” . Eddie’s work as a voiceover artistincludes a characterisation in the Tiger Aspect produced animated TV series Tinga Tinga Tales, featuring English comedian Lenny Henry, Miriam Margolyes and Maureen Lipman. His film projects include the lead role in the short film Area Boys, shot in Africa and premiered at the 51st London Film Festival.

Eddie Kadi had a show on Passion TV "Sky183" called, The Good Stuff, aired on Wednesdays at 7pm and Fridays at 7.30pm. Eddie Kadi's show had the number one ratings on the channel for the entirety its time on air.

Eddie Kadi held his debut solo concert at the Mermaid Theatre in Blackfriars on the 28th of April 2007. The event was extremely successful and sold two weeks prior to the event date,with a further 500 people enquiring about purchasing tickets. Eddie Kadi said, "I am extremely humbled to have sold out at my first solo project and I would like to promise everyone that has supported me that I will remain humble as my career progresses".
